Long Eared Owl in the Morning Sun Baby Onesie

A long eared owl keeping close watch from its home in a thicket of bushes in Colorado. These lanky owls are known for their tall ear tufts from which they draw their name. They are found across much of North America, usually in very thick brush.

My name is Tony and I am a Denver native, a proud veteran of the United States Navy, an IT manager, a weather geek and of course a photographer. My interest in photography started in high school and was spurred on by my parents generously giving me my first SLR for Christmas one year.
