Description
Following a quick swim in the South Platte River, a Black Bear cub shakes to get the water off. The cubs will remain with their mother until it is a year and a half old or so. The American Black Bear is North America’s smallest but most widespread bear. It can be found in 40 states and much of Canada. Taken in Waterton Canyon southwest of Denver, Colorado.
