Product Details

Our luxuriously soft blankets are available in two different sizes and feature incredible artwork on the top surface. The bottom surface is white. Our 100% polyester blankets are available in two different styles: plush fleece and sherpa fleece. Plush fleece blankets are soft and fluffy on both sides, whereas sherpa blankets are smooth like a soft sweater on the artwork side (i.e. shorter threads) which provides for a sharper image. Looking for a recommendation? Go with a 60" x 80" plush fleece blanket. It's soft and luxurious on both sides... the artwork looks incredible... and the size is just right for everyone.

Artist's Description

A pair of bighorn sheep rams. Taken in Waterton Canyon near Denver, Colorado. Found across much of western North America, Bighorn Sheep are adept mountain climbers, best known for the male ram's monstrous horns. While the animals are social, rams and ewes typically only meet during mating season. The young are kept on high ledges to help protect them from predators. The Bighorn Sheep is the Centennial State’s official animal and to me that is quite fitting. Just like the terrain and many of its people, these animals are very rugged, strong and tough. The animal is found in many places in the state’s high country. Diseases from European livestock and overhunting had caused the animal’s population to drop precipitously by the early 1900s. Thankfully conservation efforts have been successful in helping the sheep rebound since then.

About Tony Hake

Tony Hake

My name is Tony and I am a Denver native, a proud veteran of the United States Navy, an IT manager, a weather geek and of course a photographer. My interest in photography started in high school and was spurred on by my parents generously giving me my first SLR for Christmas one year. That Canon AE-1 Program took an awful lot of pictures as I dabbled in my then-new hobby. Since then, a camera has never been far from my side. A Canon EOS 620 accompanied me to the Persian Gulf and many other locations domestic and abroad when I was in the military. That was followed by an EOS 20D, a Rebel T2i, a 60D then a 70D, a 7D Mark II, 60D Mark II, 5D Mark IV and now two EOS R5s. Those cameras have captured the roar of military aircraft taking...
